Students - Log In and retrieve your LCCC e-mail address

 

  1. Go to the Lewis & Clark Community College home page at: http://www.lc.edu

 

  1. Click on the BlazerNet WebAdvisor button in the upper left corner.

 

  1. If you are new to the system and do not know your BlazerNet ID and Password, Click on "Lookup BlazerNet ID"

 

  1. Click on "What's my User ID"

 

  1. Enter your Last Name

 

  1. Enter either your Social Security Number (SSN) or your seven digit College ID

 

  1. Click the "SUBMIT" button.

 

  1. WebAdvisor will respond with BlazerNet ID: nnnnnnnn Please make a note of your User ID.

 

  1. Click "OK" and then click "LOG IN"

 

  1. Enter the User ID (from step # 8)

 

  1. Enter your Password

Your temporary password is your birth date as MMDDYY (enter 012287 for January 22, 1987). You will be required to change your password the first time you log in.

 

  1. Click on "SUBMIT".

 

  1. If this is your first time on the system, a Change Password screen will be displayed.

 

  1. To Change your password, enter the User ID (from step # 8), the Old Password (your birthdate – MMDDYY) and a New Password (6 to 9 digits, including both numbers and letters.), then re-enter your new password again to confirm it. It is important to enter a password hint to help with future Logins. Click on "SUBMIT".

 

  1. Click on "Students"

 

  1. Click on "E-mail/Address/Phone Update" in lower right corner.

 

  1. The College assigned e-mail address will be displayed. Make a note of the entire e-mail address.

 

  1. Enter http://lcmail.lc.edu into the address line of your web browser

 

  1. Enter the first part of your email address from step 17 (Your email should end in @lcmail.lc.edu)

 

  1. Enter your birthday (MMDDYY) again as the password

 

  1. Click on Login

 

  1. Click on Preferences to change your password in @ MAIL (It is strongly suggested that you change your password to the same one that you use in BlazerNet Webadvisor.) Enter your birthday (MMDDYY) as the current password and enter your new password twice.

 

  1. In the future, you may go directly to http://lcmail.lc.edu to check your email.
